UNI Lineman Arrested
University of Northern Iowa's offensive lineman Austin Steichen has been arrested and changed with assault. Though coach Mike Farley has not made a decision yet on any disciplinary action I'm going to go out on a limb here and say he won't be playing on September 5th in Kinnick Stadium. Steichen is one of 4 seniors who was expected to start on the offensive line and one of 9 returning starters on offense.
