W DeSoto 61 - Mesquite Horn 47 | (7-1)
This was a messy game between DeSoto and Mequite Horn. There was a brawl in the second half. Punches were thrown. It took 14 minutes to separate the fight and many players and even DeSoto's coach were ejected. There were also 28 penalties called and very little defense played as the two teams racked up over 100 combined points. The brawl was actually the turning point for DeSoto though. The very next play, the Eagles scored a TD to go up 48-47. They added two more TDs to win by 14. Vincent had 2 catches for 60 yards and TD.
